1. Who We Are

DataClear is a SaaS KPI dashboard platform for automotive dealerships, operated by RT Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("RT Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to dealership clients and their authorized users.

2. Data We Collect and Ingest

DataClear ingests dealership performance data on behalf of each client. This includes:

• Report data from CRM and DMS systems — sales records, lead activity, and performance metrics exported from systems such as VinSolutions, Motosnap, DriveCentric, and DealerSocket. Reports are delivered to a dedicated ingestion mailbox (kpi-ingest@dataclear.ai) and parsed automatically.
• Google Sheets data — for clients whose historical or live data is stored in Google Sheets, DataClear reads and writes to those sheets using a service account authorized by the client.
• Dashboard user information — when you sign in with Google, DataClear stores your email address, display name, and profile picture in a signed browser session cookie, solely to authenticate you and identify which dealership dashboards you are authorized to view.

DataClear does not collect payment card information, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data from end users.

3. How We Use Dealership Data

Ingested dealership data is used solely to power that dealership's own KPI dashboards, leaderboards, and performance reports within DataClear. Specifically:

• Data ingested for one client is never shared with, compared against, or made visible to any other client.
• We do not use client data to train machine learning models, build industry benchmarks, or derive insights for any purpose outside of serving that client's own dashboards.
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose client data to any third party for commercial purposes.

4. Use of Google APIs

DataClear uses Google APIs in two ways:

• Gmail API (ingestion service account) — the kpi-ingest@dataclear.ai service account reads incoming report emails in order to parse and ingest dealership performance data. This access is limited to that mailbox and is used solely for report ingestion. Email message content is not stored beyond what is extracted into structured report data; raw message bodies are not retained after parsing.
• Google Sheets and Drive APIs (client data) — used to read and write dealership data for clients whose dashboards are backed by Google Sheets. Access is scoped to specific sheets authorized by each client.
• Google OAuth (user authentication) — DataClear uses Google Sign-In (OpenID Connect) to authenticate dashboard users. We request openid, email, and profile scopes only. We do not read your Gmail, access your personal Drive, or request any permissions beyond what is necessary for authentication and the dealership-data functions described above.

DataClear's use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained via Google APIs is not used for any purpose other than the functionality described in this policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Parsed report data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render.com, located in the United States. RT Consulting takes reasonable technical measures to protect data at rest and in transit, including TLS encryption for all connections. Access to the database is restricted to the DataClear application and authorized RT Consulting personnel on a need-to-know basis.

6. Data Retention

Dealership report data is retained for as long as the client relationship is active. Dashboard user session data (your email, name, and profile picture) is stored in a signed browser cookie that expires after 14 days of inactivity and is not written to our database. 7. No Sale of Personal Data

RT Consulting does not sell personal data. DataClear does not contain third-party advertising, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics SDKs.

8. Children's Privacy

DataClear is a business-to-business platform not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at contact@dataclear.ai and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

RT Consulting may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of DataClear after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
